Photo gallery: Autumn morning walk, Walkhaven Muldersdrift

by Lala

I tested my new camera this morning when we took the dogs to Walkhaven, our favourite off leash dog park in the West Rand. There were a lot of different plants with their seed pods ready, which was quite interesting for close ups and macros.

Speaking of plants, the visit to Walkhaven was my second visit to the West Rand in as many days. On Friday I was out in Magaliesberg and made a stop at a lovely, family run nursery called Tarlton Flower Palace. I’m not really such a big flower person, but I decided to take a peek and see if they perhaps had any fruit trees and herbs. I had a wonderful surprise after speaking with the wonderful Marinda, who runs the nursery with her husband.

I’ll post my amazing finds and some information about the nursery in the following post.
