Recipe: Kale Green smoothie

Ingredients:
Kale
1 cup Milk
2 Bananas
1 Apple
4 large strawberries
1 minneola or naartjie (seedless or remove seeds)
1 carrot
Method:
Add the milk first then the rest of the ingredients. Blend to your preferred consistency.
Enjoy immediately or pack it to go, for a healthy breakfast at the office.
